We develop the assembly process depending on production volume and project requirements. All required quality aspects are included in careful process planning. Among our specialties are small coils with very thin winding wire (0,035 mm) and special windings (toroids, multiple windings – bifilar windings). In-house manufactured or purchased components are inputs for the assembly process of complex subassemblies and final products. Adequate assembly technologies are chosen for optimal production flow. Our responsibility also includes standard and project-specific documentation, final tests, commissioning preparation, packaging, and delivery.
